What this site collects on its own

Nothing. There is no tracking, no analytics and no advertising cookie. Every file on the page, including the fonts, is served from this domain, so your browser does not contact any third party when you read these pages.

Because there is no tracking cookie, there is no cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.

What happens when you use the form

The name, contact details, country, area of interest and message you enter are stored in our database, which is hosted on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, within the European Union.

We use this information only to answer you and to arrange treatment if you decide to proceed. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

Health information

Anything you tell us about your symptoms or diagnosis is health data, which is given stronger protection under both Turkish and EU law. It is shared only with the surgeon assessing your case, and with the hospital if you decide to proceed.

Please do not attach reports or scans to the form. If we need them, we will tell you a secure route after we reply.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted after three years. Where treatment is arranged, records are kept for the periods required by Turkish health and commercial legislation.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, if you are in the EU, to your national supervisory authority.

Write to us and we will answer within thirty days.
